Howard Kaplan

Howard Kaplan

Howard Kaplan, a native of Los Angeles, has lived in Israel and traveled extensively through Lebanon, Syria and Egypt. He holds a BA in Middle East History from UC Berkeley and an MA in Philosophy of Education from UCLA. He is the author of five novels. His latest novel is TO DESTROY JERUSALEM. The film adaptation of his novel, THE DAMASCUS COVER, starring Sir John Hurt, Jonathan Rhys Meyers and seven Israeli actors is available on Hulu in the United States and on Netflix internationally.
