Adam Teller

Adam Teller is Professor of History and Judaic Studies at Brown University in the USA, specializing in the history of the Jews in early modern Eastern Europe. He has published widely on the economic, social, and cultural history of the Jews in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. His monograph, “Money, Power, and Influence in Eighteenth-Century Lithuania: The Jews on the Radziwiłł Estates,” was published in Hebrew by Merkaz Shazar in 2005 and in a revised and updated English translation by Stanford University Press in 2016. His current project, “Ransom and Relief: The Great Jewish Refugee Crisis of the Seventeenth Century,” deals with the global Jewish refugee crisis that developed in the wake of the 1648 Khmelnytsky uprising. It will be published by Princeton University Press in 2020.

עדיה מנדלסון-מעוז היא פרופסור חבר לספרות עברית באוניברסיטה הפתוחה. היא חוקרת את היחסים המורכבים בין ספרות, אתיקה, ואידיאולוגיה בתרבות הישראלית. פרסמה מאמרים רבים בספרים ובכתבי עת בארץ ובעולם ופרסמה שני ספרים. מנדלסון מעוז עובדת על עיזבונו של יורם קניוק. במסגרת זו היא גילתה, בנתה וערכה את ספרו הגנוז של יורם קניוק סבון שראה אור בהוצאת ידיעות ספרים ב 2018.

עדי שורק | המוסך

עדי שורק היא סופרת וחוקרת ספרות. עורכת מייסדת של סדרת הפרוזה "וָשתי" בהוצאת רסלינג. היא פרסמה רומנים וסיפורים קצרים. ספרה "נתן" היה מועמד לפרס ספיר בשנת 2019, ובאותה שנה זכתה בפרס היצירה לסופרים עבריים ע"ש לוי אשכול (פרס ראש הממשלה). בקרוב יראה אור קובץ סיפורים פרי עטה בשם "נכתב בחפצים - ספר חלומות ווידויים".

Adrian Grushniewski was born in Buenos Aires (Argentina) in 1966. Lives in Jerusalem since 1991. Sociologist, teacher, translator. Currently working as a researcher at the Kantor Center for the Study of European Jewry at Tel Aviv University, And as a Yiddish archivist at the National Library.

Studied history and philosophy of the sciences at the Hebrew University. An article on Kepler's astronomy. Responsible for the Edelstein Collection of the History of Science at the National Library.

Dr. Ahuva Ho

Dr. Ahuva Ho was born in Tel Aviv. She holds a B.A. in Hebrew Bible from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an M.A. in Hebrew Bible from the University of Judaism, Los Angeles, and a Ph.D. in Hebrew Bible from the Claremont Graduate School. Her publications include "Ṣedeq and Ṣedaqa in the Hebrew Bible"; "The Targum of Zephaniah" (Brill Publishers); Alfonso de Zamora: His Life and Work; and a recently published historical novel based on de Zamora's writings, entitled Dagger in the Heart, which imagines the adventures of his children to leave Spain, the whereabout of his diary, and the murder of Archbishop Cisneros of Spain. Her complete study of Alfonso de Zamora's writings is forthcoming. Dr. Ho has lectured internationally in Israel, the U.S.A., Mexico, Spain and New Zealand. Since its inception in 1996 until now, she has participated in the Tell Gath excavations, under the direction of Prof. Aren Maier of Bar-Ilan University. تقدّم المكتبة خدماتها للباحثين والطلاب من الجامعة العبرية ومؤسّسات بحثية وتعليمية أخرى وجمهور القرّاء من جميع أنحاء البلاد وخارجها. تجيب دائرة تقديم خدمات الإرشاد في المكتبة على جميع الاستفسارات المرسلة أو الموجهّة إليها من جميع أنحاء البلاد وخارجها. وتحمل المكتبة على كاهلها ثلاث وظائف تقليدية: المكتبة الوطنية الرسمية لدولة إسرائيل، المكتبة الوطنية للشعب اليهودي والمكتبة البحثية الأرفع في الجامعة العبرية لا سيما كل ما يتعلّق بالعلوم اليهودية وعلوم الشرق والعلوم الإنسانية العامة.

המרכז העולמי למורשת יהדות ארם צובא (חלב) עמל על ריכוז חומר היסטורי מקיף, שייתן ביטוי נאמן לקהילת יהודי ארם-צובא (חלב) עתיקת היומין ולמורשתה, שתרמה רבות להיסטוריה העולמית של עם ישראל בישראל ובארצות פזוריו והוסיפה פרק חשוב במסכת חייו. בנוסף עמל המרכז על טיפוח מורשת העדות בישראל המתחדשת. המייסדים הקימו את המרכז לאור הרעיון, שטיפוח המורשת המפוארת של הקהילה ושימורה, למען הדור הזה והדורות הבאים, חיוניים הם לידיעת תולדות העם היהודי, לקיומו ולשמירת עושרו הרוחני. בקרו באתרנו: http://aleppojews.co.il/
